AJA's new Ki Pro is a tapeless video recording device that records high-quality Apple ProRes 422 QuickTime files onto computer-friendly media. Because it features SD/HD-SDI, HDMI, and analogue inputs, you can interface with virtually any type of camera you might own or rent and enjoy monitoring flexibility through Ki Pro's numerous simultaneous outputs; connecting to both professional and consumer monitors.
Ki Pro is portable and rugged; designed for real production environments. With the optional exo-skeleton it can sit below your camera-out of the way of your battery adapters, wireless mics and other accessories. It's also intuitive to operate. Alongside the camera, the familiar VTR-like buttons provide immediate controls for basic operation and remote operation can be achieved using a web browser via ethernet or WiFi to control operations from a laptop or iPhone.

FS-1 - Universal SD/HD Audio/Video Frame Synchronizer and Converter
Featuring a flexible "everything in, everything out" architecture, the FS1 can simultaneously work with both HD and SD video - all in full 10-bit Broadcast quality video and 24-bit audio. The FS1 supports virtually any input and output, analog or digital, HD or SD. The FS-1 can up or down convert between SD and HD, and provide simultaneous HD and SD outputs. Cross-conversions between HD formats are also supported, with simultaneous output of both formats. For audio, the FS1 supports 8-channel AES, Balanced analog, or embedded audio with full flexibility. The FS-1 supports closed captioning and the conversion of closed captioning between SD and HD formats. The FS-1 is also network ready, supporting web-based remote control.
AJA's miniature stand-alone converters are available in both HD and SDI product lines, with a full range of conversion and other capabilities.
AJA's line of rackmounted converters features excellent video specifications and high reliability. A complete range of digital/analog interface modules are available. All these cards fit AJA?s R-Series frames, and many can be used in third-party frames.
